The Ndili Academies (TNA) is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and transformative Academic Director to lead our educational mission on-site in Asaba, Delta State.
As the Academic Director, you will be the custodian of our educational quality and institutional credibility. Your success will be measured by your ability to:
- Build a World-Class Curriculum: Maintain a genuinely distinct, applied curriculum across seven program tracks that stands out across the region.
- Cultivate a High-Performance Teaching Culture: Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of nine instructors and support staff.
- Drive Graduate Success: Achieve a minimum 75% graduate employment or enterprise rate within six months of graduation.
- Establish Robust Academic Systems: Design professional timetabling, assessment, quality assurance, and student tracking frameworks.
- Forge Industry Connections: Build deep employer relationships across Asaba, Onitsha, and broader Nigeria to turn TNA’s training into industry-recognized credentials.
Required Education & Qualifications
Master’s Degree (Minimum Requirement) in Education, Curriculum Design, Educational Leadership, Learning & Development, Training & Development, OR a relevant applied field (e.g., Business, Hospitality, Fashion, Film, Media, Creative Arts, or Entrepreneurship).
- Preferred: A Doctorate or Professional Doctorate in a related field.
- Preferred: Additional certifications in pedagogy, instructional design, vocational training, or educational leadership.
Strongly Preferred Attributes
We are especially interested in candidates who bring “blank-page” curriculum design experience, a background in managing creative or vocational faculty, and a track record in tracking graduate data and building industry partnerships. Experience in private academies, executive education, or international/diaspora educational leadership is highly valued.
